9/4/24 Miguel was our technician today - He was cheerful, efficient and professional. He performed the routine service on our systems including filter changes and washing the outdoor units off! Excellent service!

Hydes sent Chris out once again to service our heat pump. He arrived within the service window as pleasant and respectful as always! He the services and then stopped in to tell us about the condition of our systems. Knowing that the systems are in good working order means a great deal to us as we enter the heating season in the next few months. Chris also dropped off a Starbucks card to thank us for having our service done before "the season"! Thanks Chris/ Thanks Hydes

Chris was here promptly within the 3 hr window and worked efficiently on the maintenance of our two heat pumps. He is a very pleasant person and seems to know his job very well

Chris came to perform our first winter maintenance on the new heat pump. He was friendly and professional. He asked questions about our system's performance - to better direct his visit and maintenance service. He outlined the services he would perform clearly and again asked if we needed him to address any other issues. I asked if he would retrieve the Remi Halo serial number for the system installed in March so that we could complete our registration and extend the warranty of the Remi Halo. Chris took the extra time to take a few pictures of the system to get us the information we needed regarding the Remi Halo. We know trying to take a picture in the attic, in the dark wasn't easy but Chris managed to get us the serial number! We hope Chris continues as our service provider - Hydes always sends well trained staff but Chris is exceptional!

We followed up with an estimate for a new system. Barry Hyde was professional and informative offering us several options. This was not a "hard sell" it was a meeting in which he shared the information we needed to support our decisions regarding a replacement system.
Following the estimate we decided to install the new system. The installation technicians Josh and Jesus introduced themselves, offered an outline of what the job would entail and asked us if we had any questions before they started work. They covered our floors and were very considerate of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install of our new system. We continue to be impressed with the work ethic and pride Hyde's employees demonstrate!
10/25 just added updated smoke & carbon dioxide detectors, replaced florescent kitchen lighting with LED cans and added a new outlet in our casita. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the equipment & the professionalism of the electrician
